TIVOLI Estela Golf & Lodges project: A development that reflects Kōzōwood’s vision
TIVOLI Estela Golf & Lodges is a remarkable example of Kōzōwood Industries' technical expertise and the versatility of the modular construction concept. Located in a coastal area of outstanding natural beauty, this project was carefully designed to respect its surroundings and provide an experience of comfort and tranquillity.
In this touristic resort, Kōzōwood was responsible for supplying and installing 103 modular wooden lodges, built using a high-precision industrialised system. Produced in a controlled environment, these modules are transported and assembled on site quickly and with minimal environmental impact. In addition to the modules, the company constructed two timber frame buildings with a combined area of 1,500 m², which serve as support facilities for the resort, housing the restaurant, bar, lounge and spa with indoor pool.
The structural robustness and elegant aesthetics of these buildings reflect the perfect combination of functionality, comfort and contemporary design, some of the fundamental features present in Kōzōwood Industries' projects.

Modular Design, Efficiency and Durability
Kōzōwood's modular construction is based on a precise and efficient process that comprises the manufacturing, transport and installation phases. Each phase is designed to optimise resources and ensure outstanding quality.
The use of timber frames in the construction of the lodges provides superior thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Timber's lightness and flexibility allow for a modern, resistant architecture that can be adapted to different geographical and climatic contexts. Adopting this construction method significantly reduces waste and on-site work, representing a fast and sustainable alternative to traditional construction without compromising the aesthetics and structural performance of the buildings.

Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility
Sustainability is present in every stage of Kōzōwood Industries' work. From selecting wood from sustainable sources to implementing processes that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, all solutions are designed with the aim of minimising environmental impact. Modular construction also allows for better material management, reducing waste and promoting circular economy, a fundamental principle of the company's operations.
